To order
Place the product of your choice in the shopping cart by clicking on the “shopping cart button”. Then click on "checkout" in the shopping cart to pay. Do you have everything you're looking for? Then fill in your details and go through the steps of your address details, view order and payment. Your order is only final when you click on 'checkout'. Before you have confirmed your order, you are free to make changes at any time.
If you want to change or cancel the final order, we advise you to contact customer service.

Secure payment
Our webshop offers a number of options for making a payment. We bear the transaction costs for an order, regardless of the payment option. Below you will find an overview of the different payment options within our webshop.
Pay via iDeal
This is the most common and simplest payment option. With iDeal you pay from your own bank account. The transaction is executed directly by your bank, safe and reliable. If you bank via Rabobank, ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Fortis, ING, SNS Bank, Regio Bank, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers, KNAB or Bunq, you can directly use iDeal as a payment method.
Pay with credit card
We accept the following credit cards with Multisafepay up to a maximum amount of €2500: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. Enter your credit card details on the Credit card payment page. Multisafepay immediately checks your data for correctness and if everything is correct, authorization is given. In this way, Multisafepay is the only party that has access to the credit card details.
Direct bank transfer
It is possible to pay your payment by bank transfer. Payment can be made to account number NL41 RABO 0368 5424 75 in the name of BBERG. As a description, please state the order number, which you will find on the invoice.
PayPal
When paying for a purchase, payment is made with only the e-mail address and password of the PayPal account and no further personal or financial information needs to be handed over, making it a very safe payment method.
Bancontact
Bancontact is a Belgian payment scheme. When Bancontact is used to pay for online purchases, consumers transfer money from their bank account through the trusted Bancontact online banking environment.
Send
In general, all deliveries are made by PostNL. You will receive a Track & Trace code from us by email to track the shipment. PostNL will deliver your order to the shipping address you specified. If the package cannot be received, the deliverers will return the package and offer it again at a time specified by them. If the second attempt also fails, the order will be returned.
Refund Terms
- We operate a 14-day return policy, which means that if you are not completely satisfied within 14 days of purchase, you can return this product. After 14 days you are unfortunately too late and you can no longer return.
- To return your purchase, your item must be in the same condition and in its original packaging.
How do I start my return?
To initiate a return, please contact us by email: info@sunbrellasierkusens.nl Send us an email explaining why you want to return your product and your proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. As soon as we have received the product in its original condition including box, you will receive the amount paid back to the relevant account within 5 working days. Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is incorrect, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can immediately assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
